Banking & Usage

Your $149 monthly payment is added to your Beauty Bank account
Funds may be applied to any service or retail purchase
No expiration date — your banked funds are always available
Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not valid for gift card purchases
No monthly usage limits — book as often as your balance allows

Pause & Cancellation

Pause your membership for up to 3 consecutive months per term ($50 fee; not banked)
Early cancellation:
- No fee for relocation 50+ miles or medical necessity with documentation
- All others: $99 termination fee (banked funds remain if fee is paid; forfeited if unpaid)

Payment & Billing

Credit card required for auto-billing
Monthly drafts occur every 30 days from enrollment
$25 late fee if payment not successful within 7-day grace period
Benefits may be suspended after 14 days; membership may be canceled after 30 days
